Zachary Lusk – Coach

My name is Zachary Lusk and I'm from New Carlisle, IN.

Hello everyone I’m Zachary Lusk. I graduated from IU in 2011 with my bachelors in Exercise Science and currently in my second year of physical therapy graduate school obtaining my doctorate. I was involved with the Little 500 from 2009-2011 and rode for a very successful Cutters team. During my tenure I was constantly surrounded by some of the greatest cycling minds in the business which has helped me tremendously trying to keep these Collins girls in line.

I’ll admit I was unsure what I was getting myself into last year, but I knew I wanted to stay involved in this great tradition and was hopeful to give back so these girls could have a memorable experience. With that being said, these girls have given me much more than I could have ever imagined. Their tireless effort to catapult Collins to the top is something that is truly amazing to watch. Not only their development as cyclists but as beautiful young leaders and community leaders.

I’m really looking forward to the parting of these grey skies and the spring air to flow through the tires. Building off of last year’s success will be no easy task but we’re well on our way to making the jump toward a podium position. Thank you for all the support to our sponsors. Starting a team from nothing is quite the endeavor and its safe to say none of these experiences are possible without your commitment to this team. Mark your calendars: April 19th. The unbelievable becomes reality. Go Collins!
